I’m all for good data informing good ideas. But I will always favor 10Xing a thing over 10 percenting it. Because I’m a believer in the power of ideas. And ideas have a funny way of resisting quantification. They don’t sit in neat rows and columns. No matter how much we wish they did. Creative isn’t a science but it isn’t without its equations. Solid strategy multiplied by unfettered curiosity and supported by good data will net something extraordinary.
